The Bowling Green opened in 1885 and is one of the oldest greens in Cheshire.

Rudheath bowling club were one of the eight founding teams of the Mid-Cheshire bowling association.

For a time, they became Farmers Arms bowling club, but in season 2008 we will once again be playing as Rudheath Bowling Club.
